It's a good life!

Things have been going real well lately! Although, we have been working A LOT this summer. 2 Months ago Harley became obsessed with buying a Harley (even though his brother crashed one late last year) and it has been making me absolutely nuts! Finally, 3 weeks ago, he found a great bike on KSL and made an offer to buy it for less than the owner asked. The owner, Skip, called Harley back and told him that he wanted Harley to have the bike because he sounded like he would be a very caring owner for the bike. (It sounds like I'm talking about an animal instead of a Harley) So Harley asked me if we should buy it. I said,"for $5500 that is a steal!! Let's do it!" So he went and picked up the bike and we have been in love with it ever since. We rode the motorcycle to dinner last week and it was actually kind of romantic. ;) Since it is so slow at the airport, they have cut our hours to 3 days a week, so I have had Wednesdays off. That is the day that I take the kids back to their dad's house. So it has been good for all of us to be able to say goodbye properly when I drop them off - instead of having to say goodbye quickly on my way to work at 2 every Wednesday. Harley usually watches them until 6 pm and drops them off - which is fine but i enjoy doing the duty myself. It has made a difference to the kids and myself. I try to take them swimming at Grandma Jackie's at least once a week - and they have been loving it! Unfortunately, school starts in 3 weeks and we haven't even left the city for a vacation yet this summer so I am in the works of planning a vacation for all of us! It;s not like I don't have the $$ - I just haven't had enough time for a vacation - so it is time to MAKE time! Well, it's time for me to go to work again. All is well and I love my life! I will post again soon! Thanks to those who read this!
